Ms. Rose has experience assisting in the representation of clients in proceedings before U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She also has experience in a number of stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigation work and pleadings practice, fact and expert discovery, and dispositive motion practice.
Ms. Rose has experience with respect to a wide range of pharmaceutical technologies, including with respect to medical devices, pharmaceutical formulations and analytical processes.
Previous Experience
Prior to law school, Ms. Rose worked as an analytical scientist at West-Ward Pharmaceuticals. While at Case Western, Ms. Rose served as Co-Founder and President of the local chapter of Women in Tech Law, and she also was the recipient of the Paul J. Hergenröeder Award for the top student in trial tactics.
