RMMS Awarded Impact Case of the Year by LMG Life Sciences

09/18/2019 On September 18, 2019, RMMS was awarded Impact Case of the Year at the 2019 LMG Life Sciences Awards for the firm’s work on theTeva Pharmaceuticals et al. v. Sandoz et al.(Copaxone) litigation. The award recognizes RMMS contributions on behalf of its client, Sandoz, in connection with the 2016 trial win and subsequent 2019 Federal Circuit affirmance finding the asserted claims of four U.S. patents directed to methods of dosing glatiramer acetate 40mg/mL injection invalid as obvious.

Several members of the RMMS team were on hand for the awards ceremony, and members of the Copaxone team, including Deanne Mazzochi, Rachel Pernic Waldron, Matthew Anderson, Thomas Ehrich and Christopher Galligan,accepted the award on behalf of the firm.
