On April 9, 2026, Managing IP hosted its 2026 Awards Dinner in New York, NY, in which RMMS was honored to receive the award for the National “Firm of the Year – Life Sciences IP Litigation” from a group of nationally-ranked firms that were nominated for this award. This is a tremendous honor for the firm, and continues RMMS’ national and regional recognition in past years’ editions of IP STARS, published by Managing Intellectual Property, for Life Sciences IP and Patent Contentious work, where RMMS is among the top 25 firms recognized for life science work. William Rakoczy, Paul Molino, Kevin Warner, Lara FitzSimmons, and Matthew Anderson attended the awards ceremony and accepted the award on behalf of the firm.
