04/02/2019 RMMS has received National and Regional recognition in the 2019 edition ofManaging Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine’s annual ranking of the top IP law firms in the United States. The firm received a Tier 2 National ranking in the Life Sciencescategory, placing RMMS among a handful of U.S. firms recognized for their achievements in the practice area. RMMS stands out as the highest ranked firm in the nation devoted exclusively to serving the needs of pharmaceutical and life sciences clients, from product conception through regulatory approval and marketing.
Separately, the firm retained its ‘Highly Recommended’ regional ranking for Patent Contentious work in Illinois.
Founding Partners William Rakoczy and Paul Molino were also recognized as ‘IP Stars’ for another year.
