08/03/2020 RMMS is pleased to be included in the list of nominees for the eighth annual LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards. For 2020, the firm has been nominted in two categories:
- Intellectual Property Boutique Firm of the Year; and
- Hatch-Waxman Litigation Firm of the Year – Generic.
Additionally, Founding Partner William A. Rakoczy has been nominated as Hatch-Waxman Litigator of the Year – Generic.
