09/09/2021 RMMS is pleased to welcome Kevin Warner to the firm as a partner. Prior to joining RMMS, Kevin was a partner at Winston & Strawn LLP where he specialized in life sciences patent and intellectual property litigation.
Kevin has extensive Hatch-Waxman counseling and trial experience, as well as experience in the biosimilar arena. His cases have involved a wide range of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and related technology areas, as well as antitrust counseling. Outside the pharmaceutical arts, Kevin has represented numerous companies in complex patent litigations, commercial litigations, government investigations and related corporate counseling. He has nearly 20 years of experience trying cases before juries, judges and private tribunals in forums across the country.
