Litigation
Dr. Hartman’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation before federal district courts, the Patent and Trademark Office and the International Trade Commission, with particular emphasis on patent infringement suits arising under the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA).
Dr. Hartman has experience with respect to a wide range of pharmaceutical technologies, including biosimilars, therapeutic antibodies, vaccines, RNAi therapeutics, pharmaceutical formulations, and manufacturing processes, among others.
Dr. Hartman has extensive experience with the patent litigation process including pre-filing investigations, motion practice, and all aspects of fact and expert discovery.

Prior to joining Rakoczy Molino Mazzochi Siwik LLP as Of Counsel, Dr. Hartman was Senior Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.
