Mr. Burke’s litigation experience includes representing clients in federal courts beginning with the pre-suit investigation work and case strategy, and continuing through fact and expert discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial. Mr.Burke’s experience with patent litigation and counseling covers a broad range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, video compression technology, secure data transmission technology, and semiconductor packaging and processing technologies.
