LITIGATION
Mr. Sacenti’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, with emphasis on patent infringement suits arising under the Hatch-Waxman Amendments to the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA).
Mr. Sacenti has experience assisting in the representation of clients in proceedings before U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also has experience in a number of stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigation work and pleadings practice, fact and expert discovery, and dispositive motion practice.
Mr. Sacenti has experience with respect to a wide range of pharmaceutical technologies, including with respect to biosimilars, pharmaceutical formulations and analytical processes.
