07/22/2019 RMMS is pleased to be included in the list of nominees for the seventh annual LMG Life Sciences Awards. For 2019, the firm has been nominted in two categories:
- Intellectual Property Boutique Firm of the Year; and
- Hatch-Waxman Litigation Firm of the Year – Generic.
Additionally, Founding Partner William A. Rakoczy has been nominated as Hatch-Waxman Litigator of the Year – Generic.
LMG Life Sciences will present awards in these categories, as well as many others, during an award ceremony to take place on September 18, 2019, in New York. For 2018, RMMS was recognized as ‘Highly Recommended’ for Hatch-Waxman Patent Litigation (Generic). Rankings and the 2019 guide are to be published in October 2019.
