09/28/2020 RMMS Founding Partner William Rakoczy was recently inducted into the LMG Life Sciences Hall of Fame as part of a virtual ceremony honoring recipients of LMG Life Sciences Americas Awards 2020.
Mr. Rakoczy’s induction into the Hall of Fame emphasizes his considerable accomplishments as a trusted advisor to numerous life science companies. As part of their research, clients recognized Mr. Rakoczy as a ‘formidable first-chair patent litigator,’ and a life sciences attorney ‘with a well-deserved reputation.’
In addition to this honor, RMMS was also a Firm of the Year finalist in the Intellectual Property Boutique Firm and Hatch-Waxman Litigation Firm – Generic categories. Additionally, Mr. Rakoczy was a finalist for Hatch-Waxman Litigator of the Year – Generic.
