The attorneys at RMMS have served as litigation counsel in a variety of complex, international disputes involving numerous multinational parties.

Our attorneys practice regularly in federal courts throughout the country, and have extensive experience litigating in jurisdictions that hear large numbers of patent and Hatch-Waxman cases, including district courts in Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Virginia, Texas, North Carolina, and California. Our attorneys regularly appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and we also represent clients before the district and appellate courts in the District of Columbia in connection with cases brought under the APA.

Our litigation experience extends to the complex commercial and business arenas. Our attorneys have served as litigation counsel in a variety of complex, international contractual disputes involving numerous multinational parties. We have also handled a variety of corporate and shareholder disputes, including commercial, business torts, antitrust, and qui tam/False Claims Act matters on behalf of private equity clients, international insurance and reinsurance companies, and pharmaceutical companies.

Our attorneys advise on antitrust and complex commercial litigation matters in a wide range of contexts including intricate synthetic chemistry, intermediates and degradation products, polymorphism, pharmaceutical formulations, and method of use / dosing patents.
