LITIGATION

Dr. Jankiewicz is active in the firm's litigation practice, assisting in the representation of clients in federal courts beginning with pre-suit investigation, motion practice, through trial. His practice is focused on patent infringement suits under both the Hatch-Waxman Amendments to the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act (BPCIA).

Dr. Jankiewicz has experience with a wide range of pharmaceutical technologies and patent categories including ophthalmic formulations, injectable formulations, and methods of treatment.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Rakoczy Molino Mazzochi Siwik LLP as an associate, Dr. Jankiewicz was an attorney at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
